Security Engineer
Job Description
One of our top financial services clients is expanding their Credential Management program and needs an additional resource to engineer the application.
This organization has a large infrastructure that performs "account maintenance" that takes in account lists across all Directory Services apps and maps them to profiles within the apps. Lots of evolution that has created tech debt. They are working on modernizing the software. Specifically they are building new infrastructure in brand new data centers and migrating from the older version of Bravura to the new Bravura PASS application.
This tool is part of the Bravura Security Fabric IDM suite. Any experience supporting the product would be highly beneficial. The intent is to have this role converted to an FTE position at the completion of the contract.
Responsibilities
This role will be to come up with ways to improve configuration/architecture of the product moving forward. A colleague is leading the upgrade project to Bravura Pass. Need a backup for that person. Initially you will shadow the current engineer to learn the environment, then you'll contribute design and engineering configurations based on internal customer needs. Also support troubleshooting issues, look into problems with app itself – but NOT Operations support side – more how to configure on front end of product. Set up things like 2FA, Azure AD password protection – how to enable/integrate those. Also consider performance optimization, how to setup pw policiies, etc
