We are seeking for Fire Safety Director (FSD) for full-time or part-time positions in Manhattan. All shifts are available, and candidates must be flexible to work weekends. This position may require long hours on your feet, and some job sites involve frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, and walking up inclines.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor and manage fire safety systems and equipment.
- Provide high-quality customer service and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and write routine reports.
- Follow written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions accurately.
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Must possess an active NY Security License.
- Must hold a valid F-89, T-89, or Z-89 Fire Certificate.
- Must meet all applicable state and city licensing requirements for Fire Safety Directors.
- Strong communication skills in English (required).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
License/Certification:
