Position: Certified Safety Representative
Location: The Woodlands, TX (covering TX, LA, AR, MS)
Travel: Up to 50%
Reports To: Safety and Compliance Manager
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across office and field operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and client-specific safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Develop and deliver safety training programs
- Maintain OSHA and internal safety records
- Support safety compliance at multiple locations as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelors in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in construction or energy sector safety
- REQUIRED: Safety certification (ASP, CSP, CUSP, CSST, OHST, COSS) or OSHA 510/511
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI standards
- Valid drivers license; CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
