Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Supervisor / manager to oversee fire sprinkler installation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fire protection systems, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise labor, installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems on construction sites.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, customers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process promptly.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., NICET certification)., OSHA-30
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation or supervision.
Strong understanding of NFPA standards and local building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with basic computer skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
