Sirina Protection Systems Corp. is a full-service commercial and industrial fire alarm contractor based in Garden City Park, NY. They provide design, engineering, installation, service, and maintenance for fire alarms and specialty hazards systems.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Design Engineer at Sirina Protection Systems Corp. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing fire alarm systems, engineering solutions, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and ensuring compliance with NFPA and local AHJ standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Fire Alarm Design Engineering background
- Experience in CAD, Bluebeam and Engineering Software (Various )
- Electrical knowledge
- Code Compliance, NFPA
- Product Design skills , Notifier , Honeywell a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or High level Fire Alarm industry experience
- Nicet lll or Vl in Fire Alarm Systems preferred
