Requirements: Fire 1 and 2 Indiana State Certification
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Fire Protection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe environment by monitoring for fires, hazards, and emergency situations, and responding quickly and professionally when needed.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular fire and safety patrols
- Monitor fire alarms, suppression systems, and emergency equipment
- Respond to fire or emergency incidents and assist with evacuation procedures
- Identify and report hazards, safety violations, and system issues
- Complete detailed incident and patrol reports
- Work closely with security and site leadership to ensure site compliance with safety standards
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fire 1 and 2 Indiana State Certification required
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Fire safety or security experience preferred (not required)
- Must meet all Securitas hiring requirements, including background check and licensing where applicable
