Compensation : $38.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
We are currently looking or a Fire Alar Technician with 2 years experience or more specializing in troubleshooting and can perform the duties and responsibilities as needed below:
- Read and and understand system status on Fire Alarm Control Panel (condition, address, device)
- Conduct diagnostics tests to determine cause of alarm and/or trouble system status, as well as ground faults
- Identify any system and make recommendations on alternative solutions with managers
- Troubleshoot and Repair existing systems, including panel repair, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles
- Complete and submit all required documents, tasks, activity, in a timely manner.
- Assist with FDNY Inspection when needed
- Respond to service requests
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with installation, inspection, and service in Fire Alarm Systems - 2 years and plus
- Ability to identify basic Fire Alarm problems (open loops, shorts, ground faults, etct) and know how to fix them
- Consistent communication with management and great customer service skills
- Ability to report to various jobs sites throughout NYC (5) boroughs
Certifications:
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level 1 or 2 Certification is a plus
- FDNY S98 Certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
