Responsibilities
§ Frequent patrol of building lobbies, stairwells and other assigned areas;
§ Files accurate reports; and
§ Follows proper protocol and procedures in the event of crime/accident/incident.
Job Requirements
§ High School Diploma or equivalent;
§ Valid NYS Driver License;
§ Current security license (preferred); current certificates (preferred), FDNY Certificate of Fitness (preferred);
§ Minimum 3 years' experience working in a security capacity, residential environment (preferred);
§ Outstanding customer service;
§ Proficient report writing; and§ Great communication skills.
