We are seeking a skilled Fire Life Safety Director to join our team at Quality Protection Services (QPS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the fire alarm and elevator system panels, serving as primary point of contact for First Responders, and collaborating with property management, security, and building engineering staff.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and operation of fire alarm and elevator system panels
- Serving as primary point of contact for First Responders
- Working closely with property management, security, and building engineering staff
- Evaluating incidents and taking appropriate action
- Preparing incident reports and escalating serious issues to manager(s)
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate complex information to various stakeholders. They should also be able to evaluate incidents, take appropriate action, and prepare incident reports as needed.
