Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Protect the premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers.
- Control traffic by directing drivers.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Monitor the Fire Panel of the Site. Assist Fire Brigade if and Whenever necesary should and alarm arise.
- Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Loss prevention: Knowledge of methods and techniques used to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- First aid: Ability to provide immediate medical assistance in case of injury or illness.
- Conflict management: Skill in resolving conflicts or disputes in a calm and professional manner.
- Complete the daily tours, complete the log books during the tour, maintain presence to ensure safe enviornment for alll.
- Surveillance: Ability to monitor and observe activities to ensure safety and security.
- Law enforcement: Understanding of laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations.
- CPR: Knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques for emergency situations.
- Militarise: Experience or training in military tactics or strategies.
- Certificate: Possession of relevant security certifications or licenses.
