Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed estimates for fireproofing systems
• Prepare competitive bid proposals and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Maintain relationships with general contractors and industry partners
Job Requirements
• Experience estimating fireproofing, firestopping, insulation, or related specialty construction preferred
• Commercial construction estimating experience
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
