Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
• Oversee the implementation and management of video surveillance systems, access control, and other security technologies to safeguard company assets and facilities.
• Lead a team of security professionals, including security managers, analysts, and officers, to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and HR, to address security concerns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors, consultants, and law enforcement agencies.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and security trends to proactively enhance the company's security posture.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on security metrics, incidents, and risk assessments.
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM :
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate security management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and solutions, including video surveillance systems, access control, alarm systems, and physical security measures.
• Experience managing security operations in a complex and dynamic environment, preferably in the commercial security sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
