Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Pull, terminate, dress, test, and label CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, and Fiber data cables
* Run Fire Alarm cable and install various components such as horns, strobes, pull stations, sensors, panels, racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, MDF/IDF, workstation outlets, and firestopping
* Read and interpret general system layouts from blueprints
* Install and terminate fire alarm systems, including programming and testing
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of projects
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* BICSI certification or willingness to obtain
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
* Experience with Fire Alarm installation and maintenance; OSHA10, OSHA30, Lift, and Manufacturer Certifications a plus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
