We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. This position is in our Brooklyn, NY site and is on-site.
Position Summary:
This site is a Humanitarian Site located in Brooklyn. Now, we are seeking a polished security officer who can represent our brand. Main responsibilities include making sure the safety of all in the facility

- The rate for this role is $20.00- $24.00 hourly. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all clients are accounted for.
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Intercede, escort, or assist in escorting, persons as needed.
- Observe and report inappropriate or suspicious behavior and/or materials/objects to the client.
- Communicate and/or document any irregular security-related or safety-related incidents.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of security experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Mulligan Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some work experience required.
- Must have an F-04 certification of Fitness.
Work Environment
- Typical Humanitarian environment.
- Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are met with prior authorization.
