Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Auburn, AL, for Inspectors, Fire Alarm Service Technicians, and Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians. The responsibilities include conducting comprehensive fire inspections, maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems, ensuring adherence to fire prevention and life safety regulations, and completing required documentation. Technicians will play a vital role in supporting the safety and compliance of various residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Fire Inspections, ensuring that fire protection systems are functioning optimally and meet safety standards
  • Knowledge of Fire Prevention and Fire Safety practices, ensuring compliance with all fire codes and regulations
  • Expertise in Fire Protection and Life Safety systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems
  • Ability to work independently and make site-specific decisions while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience in fire safety or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
  • Relevant certifications, such as NICET or equivalent, are advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in an on-site role
