
Mid-level Structural Revit Designer - Safety

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Mid-level Structural Revit Designer for our Safety team. The Structural Revit Designer will create structural drawings to create structural components and structural systems to achieve fall protection designs for LJB clients.
Annual Compensation: $70,000-100,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.

Responsibilities
MID-LEVEL STRUCTURAL REVIT DESIGNER MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently generate structural drawings of fall protection systems as designed by the engineers.
- Perform routine to moderately complex drafting, including detailing to produce accurate drawings and plans.
- Develop the necessary drafting for fabrication and construction in accordance with customer contract documents, industry standards and /or established practices and procedures.
- Coordinates and communicates with engineers and designers within office and from other offices to develop construction documents
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Takes the initiative to make sure tasks are completed on time. Including setting up project timelines and communicating the timelines to the team.
- Exhibits strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
MID-LEVEL STRUCTURAL REVIT DESIGNER ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:
Education:
- Two-year technical degree in drafting design or engineering technologies preferred, or CAD Drafting Certificate with relevant work experience.
- Technical training in Revit, especially with Fall Protection preferred.
Qualifications:
- Four+ years design experience using Revit required
