Responsibilities
The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of security services, as outlined in the Post Orders and in the operational SOP's.
These are the duties on top of the regular security duties:
- Manage day to day duties of the staff and write daily reports.
- Create and manage schedules of the staff.
- Help with coverags when a call out takes place.
- Provide training and coaching sessions.
- Report daily with management about pending issuesIssue write-ups and disciplinary actions when needed.

- NYS Security Guard License
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
