Title: Corporate F&B Sanitation and Safety Manager
Location: Onsite
Duration: 12 month contract to start
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Corporate F&B Sanitation and Safety Manager

Job Summary The Corporate F&B Sanitation and Safety Director will report to the Corporate Chef, Food and Beverage and will work directly with each park with regard to the safe service of food and beverages. He/She will monitor internal and external auditing, review on site locations and practices and teach and train our operators as needed to enhance our ability to deliver positive results. Overall goal is to provide resources, tools, data and training to our operators in order to assist them in the efforts of building and maintaining a clean, safe environment where food and beverages are prepared and served.

Responsibilities

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage park sanitation and safety supervisors and the internal and external auditing programs

• Travel to parks and conduct audits and trainings as needed

• Work with Corporate Chef to continually provide training and monitoring resources/tools to the field for use in development of manager and associate skill levels in safe service of food and beverage

• Research food codes to ensure we are current in our practice of sanitation

• Reporting, tracking and analysis of health department and internal and external auditor reports

• Teach, train and develop park safety and sanitation associates and chefs as needed

• Keep up with industry news and products that can assist in the safe service of food and beverage

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the position

• National Serv Safe Proctor Certified

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills, Excel, Word, Powerpoint

• Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to create reports and present

• Ability to teach and train associates and managers

• Strong understanding of food service sanitation practices

• Extensive knowledge of food codes

• Extensive knowledge of food service sanitation and safety requirements Job Requirements

• Position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina

• Position requires travel 40% of the time

• Position requires mobility around the parks for extended periods

• 5 years minimum experience Negotiating contract pricing Education

• BS in Environmental Science preferred
