Position is located out of our Phoenix, Arizona district office.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and services of fire alarm systems.
  • Daily communications with Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements and general status of job.
  • Conducts service calls and makes repairs assigned.
  • Perform smaller repairs, upfits, and internal pipe inspections as directed.
  • Performs other tasks and duties as requested by management.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ experience in Fire Protection systems inspections.
  • Fire Alarm Inspections experience.
  • Willing to coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to correct found deficiencies.
  • Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
  • Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office tools, with experience in Service Trade and Inspect Point preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements.
