We are seeking a dedicated Safety Director to join our team. The Safety Director will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety awareness
Job Requirements
Skills- Proficiency in system design related to fire sprinkler fitting, fire alarm systems, and alarm system sales- Knowledge of construction inspection practices- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders- Relevant certification in safety management or related field
