We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide exceptional preventive and maintenance service for our organization’s clients. In this role, you will deliver top-tier customer service while helping to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and culture. You will oversee complex prime, design-build, fire alarm, and security installation projects from inception to completion, balancing office-based management with active field supervision.
- Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, milestones, resources, deliverables, and field supervision.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact to keep internal teams, field staff, subcontractors, clients, contractors, architects, and vendors aligned and on schedule.
- Compliance & Inspections: Lead project reviews, site visits, pre-tests, and FDNY inspections to ensure quality, code compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate project documentation. Clearly communicate project changes, commissioning progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Sales & Mentorship Support: Assist the Sales team with site walkthroughs and material take-offs. Mentor junior Project Managers on local codes, fire alarm products, and project management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience, with at least 4 years specifically focused on fire alarm, life safety, or related systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, electrical theory, blueprints, and applicable NYC, NFPA, ADA, and building codes (EST product knowledge preferred).
- Leadership & Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, solve complex problems, and work effectively under pressure in both office and field environments.
- Tools & Professionalism: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrates accountability, sound judgment, ethics, and a strong client-service mindset.
- Certifications (Company-Sponsored): Willingness or ability to obtain OSHA 30-Hour, DOB 4-Hour Scaffolding, HRFS Project Manager, PMP, EST Product, Six Sigma Black Belt, and NICET Level III certifications.
