We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fire Life Safety Director to join our team and lead our fire safety and emergency response programs.
Job Summary: The Fire Life Safety Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fire safety and emergency preparedness within our facilities. This role includes developing, implementing, and managing fire safety plans, conducting regular training and drills, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and coordinating emergency response efforts.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans and emergency response procedures tailored to the specific needs of our buildings and occupants.
- Conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises to ensure all building occupants are familiar with procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of fire safety equipment, including fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and emergency exits.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and codes.
- Act as the primary point of contact during fire and other emergencies, coordinating with first responders and managing the evacuation and safety of building occupants.
- Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, drills, training sessions, and any incidents that occur.
- Provide ongoing training and education to staff and occupants on fire safety and emergency response.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to fire safety systems and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in fire safety technology and best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certified Fire Safety Director (FSD) or Fire Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in fire safety, emergency management, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
