We are seeking a Senior Operations Leader to oversee a multi-service district office and capitalize on a massive market opportunity. In this pivotal role, you will mentor a team of department managers while maintaining full accountability for a large-scale P&L. You will serve as the primary architect of local growth, collaborating with regional executives to set and exceed financial and operational targets. - Strategic Leadership: Partner with regional executives to develop and execute operational goals for our fire safety teams.
- Operational Oversight: Manage department heads across three core lines of business: fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression.
- Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of a large-scale P&L, focusing on sustainable local business growth.
- Resource Management: Utilize a deep bench of corporate resources to boost team performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience within the fire protection installation and service market.
- 5+ years of experience within a managerial role.
- Extensive experience overseeing large district operations and driving financial performance.
- Ability to lead by example in providing exceptional service experiences.
- Skilled at recruiting, mentoring, and holding teams to high standards of excellence.
- A proactive, organized professional who maintains a positive outlook in fast-paced environments.
