We’re looking for a Construction Safety Manager who knows the difference between checking a box and actually protecting people.
This role is for one of the Atlanta area's leading commercial general contractors. You'll be responsible for leading safety on active commercial construction sites. You’ll work directly with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and field crews to make sure every person goes home safe at the end of the day.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections and audits
- Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Ensure OSHA compliance and proper documentation
- Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions
- Identify risks before they become problems
- Build a culture where safety is part of daily operations — not an afterthought
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards
- OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working on active commercial construction sites
- Ability to communicate clearly with field teams and hold crews accountable
