Service Technician – Fire and Security – Locksmithing
Job Description
We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team, with a focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm and low-voltage systems. This role also values experience in locksmithing and servicing bank safes and vault systems.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include working with fire alarm, intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems; performing routine maintenance and inspections; troubleshooting and repairing equipment; testing and calibrating systems; and installing or upgrading components as needed. Technicians will travel to multiple customer sites, provide technical support, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety regulations, clear communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential.
Experience with locksmithing, safe work, and servicing bank safes or vault systems is a strong plus.
