This consultancy is also seeking a Senior Lead Fire Protection Engineer to serve as a technical authority and mentor across complex industrial and manufacturing projects.
This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, guiding other engineers, and being a trusted internal resource — without the expectation of business development or client acquisition responsibilities.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a senior technical expert on complex fire protection engineering projects
- Support and mentor less-experienced engineers across the team
- Provide high-level technical oversight, reviews, and guidance
- Lead challenging designs involving industrial, distribution, and manufacturing facilities
- Support selective government-related projects where applicable
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure quality and consistency
- Contribute to internal best practices and technical standards
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–15+ years of fire protection engineering experience
- Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, and distribution facilities
- Proven ability to mentor and support engineering teams
- Excellent knowledge of NFPA standards and industrial fire protection challenges
- PE license strongly preferred
- Stable career history and strong technical credibility
