Responsibilities
Fire Protection Team is seeking an experienced Kitchen Suppression Technician in Fairfield/New Haven County. The duties of the Kitchen Suppression Technician include, but are not limited to: Install, inspection and service of kitchen fire suppression systems Develop and maintain service schedule Prepare and submit job reports Perform scheduled maintenance, service and inspection on fire suppression systems.
Job Requirements
Experience with Kidde Fire Systems, FM-200, Halon 1301, NOVEC 1230 Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize High level of attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work independently Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights General knowledge of tools and basic warehouse equipment Valid Driver’s License Excellent customer service skills Valid Connecticut F3/F4 license license a strong plus!
