EMPIRE STATE FIRE SPRINKLER CORP is a fast growing fire sprinkler company servicing NYC and Nassau County. We’re looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician who is strong in all FIRE SPRINKLER / STANDPIPE system testing. Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
You must be comfortable independently performing and documenting all required testing, including:
- Dry valve trip testing
- FDNY TESTING
- Fire pump testing & monthly churn tests
- Main drain testing
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual testing
- Flow testing and troubleshooting
- Service and maintenance on wet, dry, standpipe and combination systems.
You’ll be in occupied buildings, commercial properties, and residential sites, dealing directly with supers, property managers, and building staff. This is a real service tech role — not helper work.
Job Requirements
Requirements (No Exceptions)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician
- Strong testing skills across ALL sprinkler system testing
- Valid FDNY S-12 & S-13 Certifications
- 40-Hour OSHA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work independently if necessary but will also work well as a team.
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
Big Pluses (Stand Out Fast If You Have These)
- Deep knowledge of NFPA 25 inspection & testing
- Experience with high-rise buildings
- Ability to perform minor repairs and close out deficiencies
- Familiarity with FDNY inspections, violations, and close-outs
