Seeking a Field Safety Specialist experienced in electrical construction and Environmental Health & Safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 29 CFR 1926: 1 year (Preferred)
  • 29 CFR 1910.: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • OSHA 500 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Charlotte, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations in electrical construction projects.
  • Develop and implement safety and training programs for field personnel.
  • Conduct QC inspections and audits to assess adherence to safety standards.
  • Perform scheduled safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree preferred
  • Experience in electrical construction and EHS protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs.
  • OSHA 500 certification or equivalent.
  • Experience conducting QC inspections and audits.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence.
