Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our client’s team. This role involves overseeing the implementation and management of safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Experience:
- site management: 1 year (Preferred)
- safety management: 1 year (Preferred)
- OSHA: 1 year (Preferred)
- MSHA: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain safety programs and policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Manage accident documentation and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to Corporate Operating Procedures.
- Implement and monitor an effective audit system for ongoing safety compliance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Professional safety certification or associate's degree desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
- Proven experience in site management and safety operations.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret safety statistics.
- Excellent communication skills for training and advising field personnel.
- Competency in using safety-related software and tools.
- Experience with conducting comprehensive safety audits.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address safety issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple safety projects.
