Overview: Seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with a minimum of 5 years of experience and an electrician license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • electrical foreman: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Journeyman License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Charlotte, NC (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Charlotte, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electricians and oversee electrical projects.
  • Coordinate field work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Plan pre-fabrication activities to streamline workflow.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage material allocation to support project requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Electrician Journeyman license preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work.
  • Proven track record of supervising electricians.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Familiarity with pre-fabrication planning.
