Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm, nurse call, patient monitoring and other life safety systems
- Coordinate with facility management to ensure all fire alarm systems meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fire alarm systems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Train and mentor junior staff on fire alarm installation, maintenance, and safety protocols
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the fire protection industry, particularly in healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, fire alarm, nurse call, patient monitoring and other life safety systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience with various fire alarm brands and systems, including Notifier, Silent Knight, Siemens, Honeywell, and others.
- Abiliy to work nights, weekends, on-call shifts
