We are seeking an experienced Fire Systems Production Manager to lead our Fire Systems Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of our service department, focusing on leadership, business growth, and continuous improvement.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in design, preferably in fire & life safety, and hold valid NC Fire & Life Safety License. They will also possess NICET Level III Fire Alarm, Special Hazards, and Water Based Systems Layout certifications. Strong presentation skills and ability to be a trusted advisor are essential.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of operational and financial performance of service department
- Leadership and business growth strategy development
- Collaboration with branch managers and human resources
- Recruitment, training, and development of service technicians
- Employee performance management and development
- Optimal operations of service department functions
- Communication with customers and service employees
- Review of service, inspection, testing, and maintenance contracts
- Support of sales efforts through market leads and price optimizations
- Building a high-performance team and ensuring accurate time charging and invoicing
- Monitoring of required certifications and employee performance
- Compliance with local and state licensing and permitting
Job Requirements
