Responsibilities
Job Overview
1. Responsible for the maintenance of fire protection system facilities, and organize the inspection, testing, maintenance and maintenance of fire protection system;
2. Responsible for the management of fire protection maintenance suppliers, organize contract signing, maintenance plan formulation, maintenance data archiving, fire protection system maintenance problem collection and communication;
3. Responsible for the review of fire protection system maintenance plan/fire protection system change plan;
4. Responsible for the review of fire protection professional drawings of newly-built factories, the test of fire protection system of newly-built factories and the follow-up of problem points, and the acceptance of fire protection system of newly-built factories;
5. Responsible for the preparation of fire protection system management document system and maintenance record form;
6. Further investigation and improvement of abnormal fire protection system;
7. Responsible for supporting the fire audit of the government and customers
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in fire protection, electronic information engineering, electrical engineering and automation
- 6-8 years experience in fire safety construction and management of large-scale factory buildings, experience in fire brigade construction and fire control system construction is preferred
- Familiar with GB50016, GB50116, GB50974, GB50084, GB51251. GB25201 and other fire protection related standards and specifications;
- Familiar with the operation of domestic mainstream fire protection system, basic abnormal investigation and handling;
- Familiar with various fire protection systems and their maintenance contents, and abnormal handling of fire protection systems;
- Master the review of fire protection drawings
- Familiar with using AUTOCAD drawing software, with strong communication, organization and coordination ability;
- Registered fire engineer qualification is preferred
- Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
- Good learning, communication, teamwork and logical thinking skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
