Responsible for estimating and managing fire sprinkler installation projects in commercial, Residential, educational, healthcare and industrial facilities, positively representing the company in all client and architect/engineer interactions.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee and communicate project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct work in Progress meetings.
  • Understand and follow all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications.
  • Coordinate change orders and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job.
  • Develop relationships with customers and partners to serve as point of contact.

Job Requirements

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of NFPA, Underwriter’s requirements and applicable building codes preferred. 5 years of fire sprinkler and sales experience preferred.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
