We are looking for a talented and experienced Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer to join our team in New York.
As an Associate Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer you will lead the design of plumbing and fire protection systems and manage a team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead design for plumbing and fire protection across a portfolio of ground-breaking projects in the US and globally. What we offer:
- Salary range of $110,000 to $155,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience

Responsibilities
Your next role
As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will be varied, but likely to include:
- Lead the design and technical specifications of plumbing and fire protection systems, ensuring quality output.
- Manage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Guide graduates and other junior engineers through their professional development.
- Produce coordinated detailed design specifications.
- Communicate directly with clients and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client’s best interests and comply with current legislation and codes.
Job Requirements
Your skills and experience
- 8+ years of plumbing and fire protection engineering experience.
- Relevant bachelor or master degree.
- Membership in ASPE or ISPE, with Certified Plumbing Designer and LEED AP accreditation desirable.
- Experience using Revit, Bluebeam, and BIM360.
- Ability to review and analyze codes and standards.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
