Bradley Professional is currenlty seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a Safety Team with a great company located in Greensboro, NC.

This position will support our EHS team and be responsible for administrative tasks in the department. Will partner with EHS Director to maintain and create efficient administrative processes. Schedule is 7:00am to 3:30pm; M-F.

Responsibilities

Typical Duties

  • Data entry into safety related software and systems
  • Enter and create training records for multiple site employees
  • Set up computer training for individual training sessions
  • Create and update safety training cards
  • Print and create hard copies of EHS Manuals per requests
  • Assist with updating and tracking DOT documents
  • File safety documentation required by OSHA
  • Create safety training matrix and share with necessary personnel
  • Assist with GHS (Global Harmonized system) and create labeling
  • Distribute specialty PPE when necessary
  • Document meeting notes
  • HIPPA employee medical records filing

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills to include MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook, online programs, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities
  • Manufacturing/Construction experience preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Can think critically
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
  • Can-do, positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and shift priorities to accomplish goals
