Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Environment of Care & Safety Operations: Implement, manage, and document the Environment of Care (EOC) and Emergency Management (EM) programs, including fire safety, waste, utilities, and hazardous materials.
- Regulatory Compliance & Survey Readiness: Maintain continuous readiness for regulatory agency surveys through ongoing compliance monitoring, risk evaluations, and policy creation.
- Hazard Identification & Incident Analysis: Monitor environmental hazards, participate in root-cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions to anticipate and control workplace risks.
- Leadership & Program Coordination: Lead emergency coordination rounding, chair or participate in EOC/EM committees, and deliver relevant safety and emergency management education.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
