WE'RE A FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED FIRE PROTECTION COMPANY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ANSWER OUR TELEPHONES. THE CANDIDATE WILL OPERATE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER / RECEPTIONIST/ SCHEDULING TECHNICIANS.
Office Environment--we do not have cubicles, you will have your own desk. The office staff is small and friendly. This is a full time position.
COMPENSATION: Hourly: $20.00 to 25.00 Per Hour (Depending On your Skill Level)

Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Type up service calls
-Interact with field technicians over the phone
-Interact with customers over the telephone who are calling for different companies
-Type up problem calls
-Use several software programs
-Manage routing and check-in's of field technicians
-Learn bidding pricing structure
-Ask supervisor how to handle various situations
Job Requirements
SKILLS YOU MUST POSSESS:
-Very personable
-Patient and calm even when under stress
-Able to multi-task and handle multiple telephone lines at once
-Enjoy being on the telephone and interacting with people
-Able to be professional and speak clearly over the telephone
-Able to resolve conflict and avoid confrontation
-Excellent speaking voice skills, Spanish is a plus, but not required
-Team player, willing spirit
-Excellent with typing on the computer, email, internet
-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
