As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the facility, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
- Monitor and report any irregularities or unusual activity observed during patrols within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
- Communicate promptly with site management and/or Allied Universal supervisors regarding security-related matters or incidents.
- Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and reporting any concerns as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
