Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site emergencies and security incidents, ensuring prompt and effective communication with management and the Security Operations Center.
  • The role involves meticulous documentation of incidents, adherence to security reporting protocols, and supervision of site schedules to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Managing staff schedules, approving time off requests, and addressing company infractions with progressive disciplinary measures.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between senior management and security personnel stationed on-site, with the primary objective of ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of security operations in alignment with both post orders and corporate policies.

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience, including law enforcement and private security management.
  • Current state driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Reliable transportation and means of communication.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple assignments, and maintain punctuality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective report writing.
