LOCATION:
- Charlotte, NC (Office-based with some travel required).

Responsibilities
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Develop and implement safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
- Investigate incidents, conduct safety audits, and provide corrective action plans to enhance workplace safety.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of safety and accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee general liability claims, safety records, and training programs to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency, employee well-being, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
HE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of safety management experience or 10+ years in the field; ASP, CSP, or SMS certification strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in OSHA standards, safety audits, and compliance management.
- Knowledge of handling general liability claims is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and work cross-functionally with leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to compile and present safety data, multi-task fluidly, and make sound decisions.
