From the front lines of New York City construction, Sierra Site Safety was founded by licensed construction superintendents Aaron Broyn and David Serby after identifying a major industry gap, safety plans created behind desks, not on job sites.

During the COVID-19 surge in DOB oversight and stop-work orders, they saw firsthand how site-blind plans were shutting projects down. Sierra was built to change that.

With deep expertise in building codes and daily inspections, Aaron and David personally evaluate every site, working directly with contractors to deliver accurate, DOB-compliant, and defensible safety plans, something virtual designers simply can’t match.
