Snow & Ice Removal

At QBS, we work with our clients to develop a customized Snow Preparedness Plan for each location to ensure that sidewalks and privately owned public spaces are free of snow and ice hazards. We maintain a full, locally-housed fleet of equipment to deal with snow removal requirements/emergencies. We proactively prepare for snow and ice events by ensuring that all snow removal equipment is maintained and tested prior to inclement weather and monitor weather conditions 24/7 throughout the winter season.

Window & Glass Cleaning

QBS has a comprehensive process to assist with your window cleaning needs. From scheduling site surveys to providing regular maintenance, we have the skills and expertise to maintain your windows with the highest regard for quality and safety. Our window cleaning operations are completed by Union personnel in strict accordance with the New York State Department of Labor, New York Codes, Rules and Regulations, and OSHA.

Metal, Marble, Wood

Our Metal, Marble, and Wood Maintenance and Restoration Division is an integral part of QBS services. We proudly maintain numerous New York landmarks by providing restoration, maintenance, and repair services for building floors, walls, facades, landscape structures, and other metal, marble, and wood trims and surfaces. We use the most advanced metal, marble, and wood cleaning and restoration techniques to enhance the appearance of every surface we maintain.

Productivity Evaluation

QBS is an expert in improving organizational efficiency by comparing the existing practices and processes with recommended solutions to reduce costs. We determine cleaning specifications and assess the feasibility of standardizing cleaning schedules consistent with Local 32BJ Union Contracts. QBS uses state-of-the-art equipment and implements performance standards in order to boost productivity and achieve operational efficiencies.

Emergency Response

Emergencies such as flooding, fires or other issues caused by infrastructure vulnerabilities in an office building are not uncommon in New York City. These events can disrupt building access and negatively impact tenant and guest experience. At QBS, we offer a Hazard Mitigation Team who’s on hand to clean up and mitigate the impact of any major weather event or accident in order to get your facility fully operational.

Pest Control

QBS follows the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols established by the EPA, combined with our facility-specific pest management strategies to ensure your assets are protected from pests while ensuring the safety of your space.
